  11.   I hear the same thing about several modem companies, namely Bad or
  12. NO support. There has to be something that will wake these companies
  13. up to the fact that this is totally unacceptable. I firmly believe
  14. that we (the zillion or so subscribers to comp.dcom.modems) can get
  15. their attention. I recently saw a post suggesting a new newsgroup
  16. dedicated to USR modems. Maybe what we need  is a newsgroup
  17. (moderated?) just for these companies to PUBLICLY provide support. I
  18. don't know. I do know that a united effort will get more done than
  19. wining about bad service. Any positive suggestions will be
  20. appreciated.
